Nice place, clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not the Greatest, but included. This is the main reason I didn't give 5 stars..the "hot" food was half microwaved, with the center being very cold, still.
First impressions greeted like family from a sweet, sweet spirit. Goldie made us feel welcomed like we were walking into her house. The only disappointment I had was the pool was closed. No hairdryer in the room, no microwave in the room. Goldie made those things irrelevant with her kindness.
We had an amazing girls trip. The hotel was conveniently located a short drive to the coliseum. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. And many different options to choose from. But the best part was the hotel front desk and multi task worker Goldie. What a wonderful and caring host. She really made our stay so nice. Thank you Goldie
I traveled to Fort Wayne for a 2 week work contract and this hotel was by far the highlight of my travel. This hotel is very accommodating in every way but what put the cherry on top was the hotel staff “Goldie” SHE WAS AMAZING. Made me feel like this was home away from home. Her professional demeanor and prompt attention to detail is unforgettable. Thanks Goldie, You Are a 5 Star Queen.
I am in hotels p180 nights a year and I have never felt more at home and welcome than when Goldie at the front desk is there to greet me. She truly cares about you and she works hard to make sure everyone at the hotel is taken care of. I wish I had a Goldie working for me.
Nice clean modern hotel, friendly staff. Goldie was very helpful getting us checked in. Have been working in the area for several weeks now. Will definitely be back if in the area again.
The stay at AVID Hotel in Fortwayne was amazing. My family was there for a Wedding and we had 7 different rooms for different days. All of them were different reservations and they felt really well Everybody in the hotel was amazing. They made everybody happy because it was like staying at home. Every morning the staff was very kind and helpful. They definitely went beyond the expectations. Thanks.
The beds were comfy and clean, the hotel staff were amazing and accommodating. My personal preferences in a hotel were absent to a degree, there was a mini frig ( smallest one made) one ice machine in the hotel, downstairs, one microwave downstairs, a basic continental breakfast options, which were sufficient. Every request was exceeded and exceeded expectations. No pool/spa, no laundry area, If you’re staying a night or two it’s perfect. We stayed 5 nights. Some of those extras would have been nice. A lot of restaurants and shops with in 1/4 to 1/2 walk.
